The kids and young at heart will enjoy adventure play at Trentham Gardens, you can take a boat ride, jump on the miniature train, or get naked from the knees down and brave the Barefoot Walk. Follow the lakeside walk and keep your eyes peeled for the Fairies at Trentham then get lost in the maze! Take a stroll around the award-winning Italian Gardens you’re welcome to bring a picnic or refuel in the Italian Garden Tearoom.
Try your hand at Halloween Wilderness Survival Skills – join in with pumpkin carving and learn how to survive in the great outdoors, 29 & 30 October, 11am-3pm.
Make vampires blood and Frankenstein snot at our Mad Science workshops or catch em’ all at Caudwell Children’s Pokemon Party.
Visit the Deadly Dungeon during Chills and Thrills week at Monkey Forest for some half term Halloween fun including fierce face painting, freaky fancy dress, gruesome games and a creepy colouring competition. Trentham Monkey Forest is a family experience with a difference, offering an exciting walk amongst the free roaming Barbary Macaques in this ancient Staffordshire woodland with no bars or cages to hinder your view.
And for those looking for a bit more of a spooky adrenalin buzz, head along to tree based High Ropes Adventure Course, Aerial Extreme – dare you take on the course with only the glow of your torch to guide you? You never know who’s hiding up there. Not for the faint hearted! Families can enjoy 25% off at Aerial Extreme this Half Term.
For even more autumnal entertainment, the Fireworks at Trentham event is back with a bang on Friday 4 November 2016. Organised in conjunction with the Rotary Clubs of North Staffordshire, catch the stunning fireworks from the Italian Gardens as they explode over the lake! Tickets to this event have now completely SOLD OUT. Sorry, there are no tickets available on the evening.
